Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

Hi, I have been suffering from chronic back pain since last October, after various osteo´s, posture dr, gentle manipulation, and 2 treatments of radio frequency, first time to kill the nerve endings in my lower back and second time inside the disc to repair the tear. Unfortunately, the pain is worse than ever and now I am on Lyrica and various pain killers. Can you assure me that over time I will recover and what can I do to ease the pain. I appreciate your help. Thank you, Linda

Dear patient your detail is incomplete. I would like to know about your profession, age and daily habits.Back pain now has become very common. You have taken painkillers and radio frequency which you said didn't relieved you.
considering that you didn't met with an accident and person of middle age I would like to advise radiograph of dorsalumber spine both plane views.
Start doing physiotherapy like back strengthening and back extension excersise plus abdominal strengthening excersise on daily basis. Improve your diet and add calcium rich foods like milk and milk product's, ragi and fish. Take muscle relaxant and diclofenac combination for a week twice a day. Improve you ergonomics and all this measures would help you in long term relief from lower back pain.
