Hi Welcome to HCM. Your back pain is probably related to aging and long standing habits. Diacerine 1500 mg daily is useful is age related backache .For pain Diclofenac slow release tablets are used. Sometimes backache is due to deficient VitaminD3. If vitamin D3 level is low than its supplements are given in back pain.
