Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your phyiscian i completely understand your health concerns.
for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hyptertension? any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? are u having fever?
have u ever done lifting heavy objects or involved in bending activities..
As far as this report is concerned , it reflects mild degenerative changes in your vertebras well as vertebral cartilages. it mostly occur in individuals who are actively involved in exertion activities like lifting heavy lodas as well as bending. it mostly affect ones with weak bones secondary to vit D deficiency or poor diet low in calcium.
presentation varies from patients to patients , some are asymptomatic others having pain but in my opinion , there is no need of any intervention.
all u need is to stay calm and continue with your routine chores and if u are having pain then use TAB NUBEROL FORTE twice daily . it will help u relieve pain and also relaxes ur muscles too
yes, u should see a physiotherapist and do regular exercises along with good nutritional diet that must contain milk and eggs..
get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
