Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely a damage to intervertebral disc or a muscle strain of back.A physical examination with an orthopedician followed by a X ray and a MRI if needed will rule out that.In both case initially is managed by conservatively.Usually i prescribe muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside and NSAIDs like aceclofenac for short duration and rest for 5 days followed by physiotherapy and exercises. In case of damage to disc physiotherapy should done for long term.Lumbar supporting belts also will be helpful in such case.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
I find this answer helpful
