Hi. Backpain is very common in pregnancy, but usually in late 3rd trimester. You are severely anaemic as your Hb and heamatocrit both are very low.You must be having easy fatiguability all the time. ESR gets raised in pregnancy but this value may be because of associated joint pains and the reason for your back pain. You need to take regular Iron supplements along with folic acid and diet rich in iron to improve your blood picture. You can take paracetamol 650mg or 1 gm for pain releif and local application of diclofenac gel and exercises for back, after consulting your dr.Take care of posture while sitting. Use hard bed and cotton mattress, which is not very soft.
Thanks.
