Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Piles Problem

I have been suffering from piles problem for the last five years. Have been taking homeopathic medicines with some relief. For the last three days, bleeding precedes stool, which is soft but hardly satisfying. I always feel like going to toilet but there is little stool but more blood. Backache too.

Hello
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern
Looking at your history this could be any of these
Hemorrhoids
fissure in Ano
Infected anal gland

I would like further information to help you better
Your age weight and sex
Complete medical history like diabetes or thyroid disorder
Since how long you have this problem

In my opinion you should consult a general surgeon or proctologist for per rectal examination and a battery of tests to confirm the diagnosis

Meanwhile Avoid constipation by taking Laxative or stool softening agents like liquid paraffin.
Have fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
Have plenty of fluids
Hope this helps you
Best wishes
Sitz bath Twice daily
