Suggest Treatment For Back Issues And Pain After A Car Accident

I was in a car accident rear ended at 50 miles per hour while at a complete stop in 2010. I started having back issues and pain. This ended up in the middle of a law suite between the car insurance companies. I had to see the lawyers doctors. Lawyers doctors was a Nuero surgeon and another was a chiropractor. They done X-rays and MRI s. They confirmed I had disk disease, arthritis, scoleous, and some buldging disk and bone spurs. They MRI and X-rayed my whole spine. I also seen my primary doctor too. She also did the same test the lawyers doctors did. She also confirmed all the same results the lawyers doctors had. My primary care doctor had another doctor look at it as a second opinion. She at first thought from the first set of X-rays that I had spinal cancer and wanted a second opinion on it. That other doctor she got the second opinion from confirmed that it was just really bad disk disease and arthritis and scoleous and suggested that she have a MRI done on me. I have had a MRI and x-rays done in September 2010 and then again in 2012 of both thoracic spine and lumbar basically my whole spine order by my primary care doctor. My X-rays and MRI s at that time shown a few bulging disk, scoleous, degenerative disk disease and arthritis and bone spurs of the spine. X-rays my primary doctor done in 2010 shown the disk disease and arthritis to be pretty bad along with the MRI in 2010 and 2012. The MRI report in 2012 stated I had disk disease, arthritis, bulging disk, bone spurs, and scoleous. In 2012 after my MRI my primary referred me to a pain management specialist. The pain management doctor has been seeing and treating my issues with pain controll. The pain management doctor also reffered me to a pain clinic for injections and epiderals. The doctor at that pain clinic reviewed my MRI and X-rays and he attempted a epideral that he did himself using X-Ray and he also had my MRI pulled up. He at that time stated he didn t think the epideral would work that I had a lot of disk disease, arthritis, scoleous, and bone spurs that he was also having issues getting the epideral needle up through my spine. They put me on nueroton and refused to do any more epiderals and I have continued to see pain management. My primary care doctor I had been seeing left that practice and went back home to India. So I started seeing another primary care doctor in that same group and still seeing my pain management doctor that my first primary care doctor sent me to. Here recently my legs have started throbbing and going numb and my lower spine throbs. My legs feel week and heavy. They shake when going up and down stairs. I m a nursing assistant and have been for years on my feet and legs for 12hrs a day for the last 14 years. Didn t start having issues with the legs and feet till this last few months. Blood labs have been done and have shown to be normal. This new primary care doctor that s in the same group as my first one who started diagnosing these issues l went and seen him a month ago about the leg issues. He ordered just a lumbar MRI with out contrast. When the results came in he stated I had L5 and L4 that were slightly bulging and alot of nerve inflammation in that area. This primary care doctor asked me if I wanted to go to another pain clinic or see neuro surgery. I chose to go see Nuero surgery. I have been to the pain clinics and had no relief I have continued to feel worse. I seen the nurse practitioner at the Nuero surgeons office who just reviewed the recent lumbar MRI and not the full MRI that was done in 2012 of my whole spine. She stated my lumbar MRI looked healthy and she didn t see any disk disease, arthritis, or nerves being pressed on. Which is totally different from what my primary stated and what the other doctors and specialist have said. This nurse practitioner stated I was not a canadit for surgery. She stated she wanted to have some nerve test done on me. My question is there has been numerous doctors and specialist that have looked at all this and all pretty much have the same opinions on what s going on with my back and creating pain. This nurse practitioner at a Nuero surgeons office is stating something different than the other doctors, specialist, and my primary care doctor. This nurse practitioner says my lumbar spine MRI is normal and healthy. If that s the case why is she ordering a nerve test? Should I go and get another opinion by another Nuero surgeon? I have quite a bit of pain in my back and legs and if it s healthy I shouldn t be having pain in my back and legs like i do. She also stated she wanted to send me to a neurologist. Why would she do that if she claims my lumbar MRI looks healthy to her. Should I get another opinion by another Nuero surgeon? Where should I go from here? Could there be other issues in the upper part of the spine like the thoracic part that was shown in the lumbar spine MRI creating issues in my lower legs from below my knees and down and my feet to go numb?

Pain may result from damage or injury to any of its various bones, nerves, muscles, ligaments, and other structure .
Dear After the back has been strained or injured, bad posture can make pain worse. it takes time to come back to comfortable situation & recovery depends on how deep is the injury and your resisstace power .
Get enough vitamin D from sun exposure daily, as vitamin D helps keep your bones, including your spine, strong. Take diet having all essential nutrients ,fibers ,protiens ,minerals ,vitamins nuts in natural form .
Drink plenty of water to enhance the height of your intervertebral disks. Since your body is composed mostly of water, staying hydrated will keep you fluid and reduce stiffness.

Take turmeric powder a spoon with a cup of hot milk at bed time and with BF to allay pain and accelarate heeling process as being antioxident and anti inflamatory
Always stretch before any strenuous physical activity. engage in a regular stretching program gently
Take Homeopathic Arnica 3o / 3 times a day / for aweek . There after once a day /10 days
. If you are at work Do stretching - bending back every hour you’re sitting, holding the muscles tight for several minutes.
Massage Relaxes and softens your injured and overused muscles, reducing spasms and cramping
Ease your tense and knotted muscles and stiff joints, improving mobility and flexibility .
. most important is to clear you bowls . as constipation is mother of all ills .
Sleep on your back to reduce any curve in your spine. You should also sleep on a firm surface.
Resume normal activity as soon as tolerated. Bed rest is no longer recommended and may delay recovery. Rest only periodically, as you normally would, or while applying or heat. Activities should be done without strain or stretching.
Avoid intense exercise and physical activity, particularly heavy lifting and trunk twisting, if there is acute back pain.
Apply heat to the painful area.
Supportive back belts, braces, or corsets may help some people temporarily, but these products can reduce muscle tone over time and should be used only briefly
