Suggest Treatment For Back And Stomach Pain After An Abortion

Gudmorning hi , im 24 yr old im married and I hav done through the cleaning process with tablets because of in compkete abortion after that evry thing was normal n after 15 days I hav taken I pill n after 5 dayz I cme in menses n till 15 days I hav continous bleeding n my husband suggested frm d doctor n ask me to take texakind 500 to stop bleeding the bleeding stops but I hav pain in my back n down left side of my stomach can u please suggest me something

Hi welcome to HCM....

You have undergone abortion through pills .....
So after taking pills bleeding can be there ...

You are given trenexemic acid for stoppage of bleed. ....

Ideally USG has to be done after abortion process to confirm complete abortion and no retain product of conception...

So USG done if you have not investigated with it ....So it will rule out ectopic pregnancy also if present ....

USG moreover will detect PID like infection if present ....
For that antibiotic given ...

Take iron and multivitamin tablet also ...

Consult gynecologist with keeping this in mind ...
