Firstly, any invasive dental treatment as advised to be postponed till 14 weeks of pregnancy if it is not urgent. The vomiting is more likely to be due to morning sickness. Since you are not eating sufficiently, you have become week which can give the low back pain. If the pain is in the upper abdomen, just below the chest in the midline or on left side, it is likely that you have developed acidity. Antacids should help you. Had you mentioned the site of pain in abdomen it would have been easier to diagnose. Is the pain in the flanks, particularly on the left side? In that case it is likely to be due to amoebic infestation which gives pain in the low back also. In this case, the bowel movements are with the colicky pain. Your previous caesarean section does not seem to be the cause of abdominal pain at such an early stage of pregnancy.
