Suggest Treatment For Arthritis And Vertigo

I keep having a feeling that I m about to pass out. This happens when I bend down and then stand up again. Like when picking up something on the floor. I m 71 taking meds for neuropathy and arthritis - and - lisinopril 25mg. I just took some anti vert for vertigo. This feeling I get is similar to a vertigo episode, but a bit more intensive. I also have glucoma and take alphagan which gave me problems of lightheadedness a year ago and my dr. Stopped it for a while. Along with those drops twice a dayI have cospot twice a day in both eyes and lumigan once a day. Most drops are in my right eye. Only cosopt in the left eye. On my own (since my neuro opthamoligist) is not available this week. Since alphagan can cause syncope, I found out on the alleragan website I stopped it yesterday. So far it hasn t made a difference. My pcp put me on phentermine to lose weight. I think it caused my eye pressure to go in to normal range after taking only one pill. I saw my pcp first then four days later saw my eye dr. I also quit taking the phentermine. My BP is 110/70 . Oh, I also take bumetnide -water pill 25mg

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there you have multiple problems and are having a feeling of passing out when you bend forward and pick up something from the floor. With your kind of problems I feel that you have either cervical spondylosis with VBA insufficiency syndrome( less of blood supply to brain ) or a problem in the ear. Start doing neck exercise regularly , take med for vertigo , and if no improvement then go for ENT check up
