Suggest Treatment For Arnold Chiari Malformation

I have been diagnosed w arnold chiari malformation and am suffering from symptoms how is this treated and will it progress as i get older right now i have dizzy spells, pain in back arms and legs, speech problems and also loose my voice (horse alot)

Answer : The Malformation will be static, but the complications will increase every day. So Early Surgery is advisable
