Most children do not feed well when the health is not fine. It is not the effect of these medicines, it is the effect of the illness for which the medicines have been given. Continue the medicines. You would need to wait for a few days before the infection is resolved. By then the appetite will improve. Give steam inhalation. Remain in the follow up of a doctor.
