Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I am sorry to tell you that you are a victim of your own negative thinking. You do nothing. When army person retires, they always do some job just because they cannot sit idle. In your case you are sitting idle. You know well 'Idle mind is devil's workshop'. Idle mind always goes towards negative thinking and in that process most of the thoughts become obsessive. Your problem clearly is obsession or obsessive thinking. You need expert intervention.

You need counseling and psychotherapy. I shall provide you with the required counseling and psychotherapy techniques online, to overcome these problems. Please describe the whole problem in detail and post a direct question to me.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
