Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have anxiety and symptoms like inability to make eye contact with people and it makes you uncomfortable. You can't make eye contact with anyone. Though detailed evaluation is needed to make diagnosis but these are symptoms of social anxiety. Becoming self conscious during talking to some one, inability to make eye contact are common symptoms. If you are not able to function properly then I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for expert opinion and evaluation.
Medicines like Propranolol or low dose benzodiazepines help to reduce anxiety in severe anxiety. For proper treatment medicines like Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Sertraline etc are used. The medicines help to reduce anxiety and increase self confidence. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs.

Apart from that psychological methods like progressive muscles relaxation exercises, yoga, breathing exercises during severe anxiety help to reduce anxiety.

Thanks, hope this helps you.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Anxiety, in any form, is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms which has no physiological back up. They tend to be just obsessive. You are unable to make eye contact with people. Reason could be lack of self confidence / self esteem. Please consult a psychologist for counseling related to improving your self confidence / self esteem.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
