I am OCD, Have been this way for over 20 years. As a result my mind runs all the time. I can not sleep. With the new laws in my state, I had to see A shrink. I thought no problem, right. Within 7 minutes, His answer was Bipolar. Only his very expensive anti psyc drugs and bipolar drugs is what he would he give me. So I THOUGHT a new shrink right, wrong, they are all full because of the laws. I have anxiety and can t sleep. For over 20 years a combo of Xanax and ambien er worked. To him Xanax is evil and all drugs like it should kill me. His words. I have not been on a regular sleep patern for 11 months. The drugs he gives me are expensive and have given me serious side affects. I don t know what to do,, Can anybody help me???
