Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Depression, Fibromyalgia And High Blood Pressure

I will be 27 in September, and I m a white female. My height is 5 7 and I weigh 107 pounds. I do suffer from severe anxiety, depression, and was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. My blood pressure reading has been 116 over 92 since I ve been checking it and keeping up with it for the past month... Should I be concerned?

Hello. Thanks for asking Healthcare Magic. Your systolic blood pressure is fine but your lower blood pressure(diastolic) is 92, which is a bit higher. Exercise is generally recommended to control it. it should be around 80. You should start having 30 minutes of walk 5 days a week. Also try smiling when you walk.It is a great antidepressant.
