Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Panic Attacks

hello my name is jessica im 21, 5"7' and ive been dealing with depression, panic attacks anxiety attacks weight loss and nausia for about 6 months now, ive lost about 22 pounds, and i find it soo hard to gain weight since im almost always feeling nausious from my anxiety, i get anxiety attacks very often and have been having trouble controling it, i go to a therapist and the hospital but none of it works, can someone please help me with tips on being able to control my anxiety, its to a point im getting too skinny almost as if i look sick and im misserable having to deal with this everyday!!! please some one help me!!!! :(

anxiety and depression is very emotional disturbance that person has faced
1st thing is to support them is essential

social support is must
consult good psychiatrist

anxiety , depression and panic is all of this combine that i would prefer paroxetine start from low dose and gradually increase acc to its response
along with that i prefer tab clonazepam
this medicines is very useful and safe
apart from medicines u have to look for change in life style

main thing to be strong and confident
start thinking positively
motivating yourself
make friends who keep motivating you

regular exercise and meditations
proper sleep and diet
listing music
enjoy work and hobbies
keep herself busy
do pleasurable activities
all of this helpful to you
