Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Stress is always trouble maker. Body and mind experiences stress when it is compelled to do a job or a series of jobs which it cannot do within the stipulated time. When compelled, body or mind tries to do, but fails miserably. That "trying" increases the injection of some hormones in our blood stream which produces the panic reaction. In fact, panic reaction is a warning signal given by body. If you do not take care and reduce stress, you are in trouble. The best method is to keep away from such situation for some time and enjoy entertainments.

Good luck.
