Hi i suffer with anxiety and depression i feel dizzy unbalanced and strange all the time sometimes when i walk its like the floor is moving up and down i also fear of passing out im having burning sensations in my right here and have odd feelings in the right side of my head and have the odd pains but it only seems to be in the right side of my head could someone please confirm this is anxiety and not another illness
