Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I am sorry for your loss. You have anxiety following the death of your husband. It is a common grief reaction, and in a lot of individuals the grief may get prolonged up to six months. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine drug and it helps to reduce the symptoms of anxiety. If you don't have the drug and have waiting time of a week then I would advise you to try relaxation methods to keep away anxiety and other symptoms of grief.

Listen light music and avoid tea, coffee, alcohol for now.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercise (PMR) and Breathing Exercise are useful alternative to medicines. You can take help of a psychologist to learn these relaxation methods or you can learn from your tube also.

Practice yoga and meditation, this will help to decrease the symptoms of grief.

Thanks, hope this helps you.

Take care
