Suggest Treatment For Ankylosis Spondylosis

hi, i m 37 yrs old female, having PCOD,Gall stone, hepatomegaly in my sonography report.

Pubic symphysitis,Bilateral Sacroilitis & Seronegative spondylitis arthropathy in my MRI report.

my x ray is showing pubic symphysis sclerosis.

my vit d3 is
SGOT 44, SGPT 99

CHOLESTROL 220

C.reactive protiens 5.9,

now i want to ask you which treatment is better?

i m very confused with my doctors,one kept me on

saaz500 ,etoshine90, amitryn10,shelcalHD, atorva20, udilov 150, biogmet sR.........

other is recomending only etoshine90 and inj.Arachitol 3 lac.

PLEASE GIVE SUGGESTION and is it ankylosis spondylosis

ankylosing spondilytis confirmation can be by serum HLA_B27 estimation.
if it is positive sazo would be good choice.
most of medicines by first doctors are supplements, I would agree with his line of management if ankylosing spondylitis is confirmed
Use sun protective screens if you get sazo as sometimes skin reaction to sunlight occur
