Suggest Treatment For Angina Attack

I am a 53 F, I recently had a angina attack. My pressure was 167 over 105 after the incident. I was asked to keep my pressure. It changes from 160's over 100's to 80's over 50's, and this is when I am just sitting. I am having sweats. Is this something to be concerned about???

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, this is matter of concern.
You are having fluctuations in blood pressure with the sweating with the recent angina attack.
So we should definitely rule out coronary artery disease (CAD) for your symptoms.
So get done ecg, 2d echo, stress test and coronary angiography.
You may need anti angina (nitrates and nicoran) and other cardiac supportive drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
