Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi androgenic alopecia is alopecia caused by hormone imbalance .It is due to defective conversation of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone which is active form
There are several treatments in the market for this but the best is minoxidil preparations.as u have already used minoxidil use hair serum like q-sera lotion for 3 months where visible response is seen within 20 days.u can also use trig a in caffeine shampoo twice a week for hair growth.
If there is no response with this consult a dermatologist and take advice for hair transplantation which is at present best option
