Suggest Treatment For Anal Pain And Frequent Bowel Movements

I am a 57 year old male, overall good health w/exception of sex life, not over weight. Going on 3 years ago I had surgery for what i thought was hemorroids. The doctor let me know I had a fissure and was supposed to have repaired it. After several months I was still having issues with bowel movements. It hurt and i was leaking mucus. The doc said I had a yeast infection. He prescribed a powder to topically put around the anus area. This didn't help, he had me go back to the hospital to check it out. He did a surgical exam, said everything fine, yeast infection. Another couple of months with no relief. My primary care physcian sent me to another doc. He indicated same thing, yeast infection. I have had it with these doctors. To make matters worse my own doctor has serious health issues and getting an appointment to see him is difficult. I have decided to try to live with this problem, like I said, for about 3 years now. This really affects my quality of life, I stay uncomfortable, feel like I need to go to the bathroom all the time, for bowel movement, and have lost almost all appetite for sex. I really would like some possible answers.
