Suggest Treatment For Anal Pain After Treated Piles And Fissures
Hi Doctor I have grade 2 internal piles and a small Anal fissure. Last year it was bleeding and i went for an unknown surgery but i got well in 1 month. Now i have a small discomfort but no bleeding. Shall i take Thank OD as advised by doctor or shall i go for stapled surgery?
Pain after surgery mostly occurs in case of constipation. You need to make sure that you take high fiber diet to avoid constipation. You can apply lignocane gel which will act as local anesthetic and will decrease pain. Oral ibuprofen will also help in decreasing the pain.

Hello. For now, conservative treatment, as advised your doctor, can be applied. If conservative treatment is not effective, surgery would be necessary. I wish you good health. (if the answer has helped you, please indicate this).
