Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure
gud evening sir this is dr.vivek mbbs from andhra. my uncle previosly suffered from anal fissure. he underwent surgery for that 4 times. every thing healed but a small fistulous tract is presrnt but its not healing. can you kindly suggest what can be done further for complete healing

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fistula formation then surgery is the option else it cannot be treated medically. It is advisable to get it done as early as possible because long-term (chronic) fistulas become bit difficult to repair.
