Suggest Treatment For Anal Abscess

Sir recently a month back I had a peri anal abcess of a small size and done i&d as it still has pain n slight pus from it ..as I consulted my doc he said for sitting long its getting lk that ... As my profession needs long time sitting so plz suggest me a solution (I am a homoeo doc )

If even after a month your abscess wound is discharging pus, I suspect the formation of a perianal fistula. A fistula is an abnormal tract that forms between the anal canal and the skin outside.
I would suggest you to take a second opinion from another surgeon and plan a surgery to close the fistula.
Meanwhile, please keep the area hygienically clean.

As a long term measure, I would advice you to increase the amount of fibres in your diet by making it a habit to eat adequate amounts of salads, vegetables and fruits. This will make it easier to pass stools.
