Suggest Treatment For An Itchy Lacrimal Caruncle

hi, I have a itchy lacrimal caruncle that comes and goes. It it very itchy when it happens and is just limited to that area of my eye. usually goes away on its own after I wake up in the morning or after a cold eye wash. Why am I getting it and what can I do to prevent it?

It is allergic in-nature. Take oral levocetrizine 5mg tablet one tablet daily. Clean the eye with fresh water. cromal eye drop can be applied 3times daily. watch for allergen. it can be cosmetic, pet in house or food matter. If doubt then avoid them
