Suggest Treatment For An Intense Pain In The Heel
I have suddenly started having very sharp intense pain at the bottom left side of my heal. I cannot touch t or have it rest on anything the pain s excruciating. I can walk fine, can point my toes but the pain shows up when I flex my foot; like when doing downward dog yoga pose. I do not remember any injury or bumping into anything.

I really appreciate your function, the pain could be due to formation of spur of heel with muscular spasm and it can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, but condition need to be confirmed and for that better to get done the x-ray study hope this information helps.
