Suggest Treatment For An Infection In The Eye

Since this morning I have had burning, very red eyes (Right worse than left), a foreign body sensation in the eyes and sensitive to sunlight. I tried artificial tears, removing eye makeup, and rinsing the eye but the symptoms are not getting any better. Should I go to the ER or wait until the morning?

You might be having conjunctivitis. It could be bacterial/ viral /allergic. Abitiotic drops like moxiflaxacin 4 times a day can be benificial . See your ophthalmologist as soon as you get time for it.
