Suggest Treatment For An Ear Infection

My son aged 12 has ear infection - ear canal is closing and in terrible pain. I have siprogut from chemist - we are on holiday in Turkey. I have administered drops 5 times (2days), still seems to be getting worse. He has paracetamol and ibuprofen through the day to help with pain. When will it improve? Do I need to take home to a doctor?

Hello

It would be advisable that you meet an ent doctor as your son may have developed a condition called otitis externa , this can be due to trauma , or an infection and you may need to start him on antibiotics. siprogut may not be sufficient and it is better to get examined by a doctor.you can continue the pracetamol for the pain.
please meet a doctor.

Thanks
