General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have been diagnosed as alopecia aereta...

It is autoimmune disorder and there is unpredictable hair loss in this situation

The treatment include use of steroid which is anti-inflammatory drug...
The steroid might given orally, topically or intralesional....

Topical minoxidil and other cyclosporin like drug also beneficial

Avoid stress

Photochemotherapy also used by some dermatologist

So consult dermatologist for examination and than subsequent proper treatment

Take care
