Suggest Treatment For Allergic Rhinitis

goodmorning sir
sir i get cold which consists of bouts of sneezing n running nose everyday after i wake up..thus i get tired very easily and not able to work to my best.i have left sided dns i prefer not getting a surgery done.can u please suggest a treatment on a daily basis which can reduce my allergic rhinitis??willl meta spray work??

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain sneezing and runny nose is not due to deviated nasal septum but it seems to be due to allergic reaction to some or the other allergens and common ones are pollen, animal dander, dust, latex, mold etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Allergist and get evaluated and an allergic test like PATCH test, RAST test etc can help in diagnosis of the exac cause of allergen..
You can be given anti allergics like Levocetrizine or Allegra for reducing allergy symptoms..
It is mostly sufficient while you can also take steroid nasal sprays and Meta spray can help..
You can also be instilled an immunotherapy to reduce the severity of allergic symptoms..
