Hi, I seem to have acute pain on my low back, positioned towards the right hip bone. the pain initially started on my left side and changing postion, walking and exercizing does help. However, it tends to become stiff/frozen making it very difficult to flexibily move. It hurts more when I am seated. Kindly help. Thank you.
