Suggest Treatment For Acute Gastritis

I have been suffering from accute gastritis since last three years. Have been taking different types of prazoles but still the problem persists. I feel drowsy and non energetic due to excessive acid secration and the bowl remain heavy all the time. please suggest

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset.

You need to have certain life style changes done and also continue your medication.

Avoid spicy, oily, junk foods, aerated drinks,
Avoid late night drink and foods, late night smoking, you must not anything including water before two hours to sleep.
Raise your bed side at least four inches by using blocks under bed.
Take your medication like pantoprazole 40 mg empty stomach early in morning and don't eat anything for half an hour after taking your medication.
