I take 1.5 mg's of klonazepam per night for sleep - I do not take any other medications....
You seem to have acne keloidalis nuche. It is a chronic folliculitis. There may be inflammatory changes in hsir follicles of nape..i.e. Back of neck and lower part of back of scalp. The lesions may be pustular initially followed by keloidal lesions and that is why its name. Exact cause is not known. There may be genetic tendecy. You consult expert dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Long term antibiotics like minocycline cap 50 mg with isotretinoin cap 10 mg might be helpful in reducing the lesions. After few months, intralesional triamcenolone 10 mg injection may be taken. And that may be repeated at few weeks interval till you get good result. I hope this would helpful to you for your treatment.
Thanks.
