Hello. Thank you writing to us at healthcaremagic

Acne is a chronic and recurrent condition in those who have it.
Treatment of acne is guided by the severity of acne. Once acne activity is under control it is necessary to be on a maintenance regime with topical retinoids to prevent new acne from erupting.
Topical remedies include antibacterials like clindamycin gel, benzoyl peroxide gel and topical retinoids like Adapalene gel.
Topical antibacterials are antiinflammatory; benzoyl peroxide is keratolytic in addition. They can be used as a spot treatment for active acne.
Topical retinoids on the other hand are antiinflammatory and comedolytic; therefore are also useful for maintenance of improvement once acne activity is under control. They can be used every alternate night Or twice weekly as part of maintenance regime.
Oral antibiotics are mainly for moderately severe to severe grade of acne and include doxycycline, azithromycin, minocycline etc.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of your acne and advice accordingly.
