Suggest Treatment For Acne
Im 14 5'8 and im 235 pounds, I have extremely severe acne usses, My back is full of them so is my chest and my entire shoulder area and my upper arms, of course I have them all over my face as well, and they are starting to come all over my lower arms, I need help

hi, welcome to HCM,
drug of choice for severe nodulocystic acne is oral Isotretinoin.
take cap Sotret 40mg once daily at night.
before starting it serum lipid profile should be done and it should be OK.
this causes dryness of mouth and cheilitis.
wash your face with salicylic acid 2% containing face wash.
apply benzoyl peroxide 5% gel twice daily.
this will take 10-12 week to control your acne.
