Suggest Treatment For Acne With Blackheads On Nose
i have been suffering from acne ( on my arms , back and face ) for past 14 years ....... i am 24 yrs now . i cant remember having a clear skin...... i have black spots on my back and pimples , spots and open pores on my face , not to mention blackheads on my nose.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne with blackheads on nose since 14 years because hormonal change occurs at particular age and this condition is recurrent. It could be due to clogging of skin pores by dead bacteria and dust. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin. Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant once a week to remove dead skin. For inflammatory acne you should start with one of the oral antibiotics like Azithromycin or Minocycline. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin.
