Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain increased triglyceride [lipid] levels in the body seems to be the cause of pimples in your case as increased lipids have been seems to be causing acne..

You should continue the medication given to you by your physician and along with it topical treatment like washing your face atleast twice a day with salicylic and glycolic acid containing facewash should be done..
Apply clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide containing gels..
Exfoliate your face twice a day with a mild scrub.
Do cold compresses.
Avoid oily and fatty foods.
If there seems no improvement in one month you can consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you oral and topical retinoids like Isotretinoin, oral antibiotics are already given to you..
Removal of scars and pimples can be done faster by certain in-office procedures like Dermabrasion or glycolic peels..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
