hello doctor. i m 21 male.i initially have pimples. those now turned in to black marks. wt i have to do , & Which one shall i use either ERYTOP nor FACECLIN .. which one is effective to clear those black marks of pimples on my face . is there any effective home remedy sir ......
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain black scars left after resolution of pimples seems to be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and such scars need to be treated with depigmentation creams and not with erytop or faceclin as they contain antibiotic clindamycin and is not an antibiotic.. I would suggest you to start washing your face with Salicylic acid and Glycolic acid containing facewash.. You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin.. You can exfoliate your skin twice a week.. You can also apply Azelic acid creams.. Creams containing Vitamin E and C, Licorice extract and grapeseed extract can be helpful.. You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
