Suggest Treatment For Acne On Face
Hello sir i m 19 yr old male i have acne on face since an year my doctor suggest that i have adultonsetacne & tell to use cipla acne+ gel and sofradex cream i am using it for 15 day nd acne are not gone so please suggest what should i do nd which type facewash i should i use

You are suffering from acne vulgaris.
If it is nodulo cystic then you have to use cap isotretinoin 20 MG once daily at night. Use salicylic acid 2% face wash twice daily. Apply locally adapalene gel at night and clindamycin gel at day time.
If acne is not nodulo cystic then instead of isotretinoin take tab azithromycin 500mg for three consecutive days in a week for 5-8week.
