General Surgeon 's  Response
First of all i would suggest you to get an endoscopy done by a surgeon or gastroenterologist. Then if he finds an ulcer then he will prescribe drugs targetting H.Pylori.Treatment comprises of 6 weeks of tablets.3 tablets twice daily for 2 weeks and then 1 tablet twice daily for 4 weeks. You can follow up with another scopy later if it is necessary. To avoid symptoms, try taking medication 1 hour before food like the tablet pantodoc as you are already on.After taking tablet wait for 15min then take Antacid gel, wait for 30 min and then have your food!! Try all these only after scopy, that will tell your exact problem to rule out anything serious inside..Good day!!
