Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux

I have been suffering from acid reflux since last 14 months. frequent Burping / belching is a common issue now. Have taken so many antacids, now taking Pantacid It capsules over the last 3 months but no improvement. It seems there is something stucked inside my throat, have undergone endoscopy, colonoscopy, laryngoscopy and thanks god that nothing has been observed. Most peculiar think is that everytime I use to burp / belch through the right side of my throat. In the morning dense saliva / mucous is there in my throat (right side).
Please advise what to do to recover

Thanks

Hello
Since all tests are normal for colon , stomach and throat ( laryngoscopy ) .
You mentioned that you are having acid reflux as well as feeling of thick saliva ( mucus in the mouth on right side ).
These measures may be helpful for you:
1 Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks . It might also help to avoid eating or drinking for 2-3 hours before you lie down. To help control stomach acid one should drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolates or greasy foods or oily food . As symptoms are severe so take pantaprazole-d two time in day .
2 Over eating is the main cause of such symptoms , so be careful about that also.
3 Tension and anxiety are other most common causes of such symptoms . So avoid HECTIC HURRIED LIFE and change this type of work , if any.
When such patient visit I prescribe them to take itopride + rabeprazole combination one or two tablet ( capsule ) in a day for 3 months ( in such cases ).
Hope these measure will help you.
Good luck.
