Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux

Diagnosed with acid reflux 2 years ago. Constant heartburn/gas... now every time I swallow, it burns in my chest and I can feel the food/drink going down... sometimes feeling stuck. I have constant ulcers in my mouth. My chest constantly hurts on the right side. 25year old female

You complain that you have gastric reflux disease.
First you have to modify your diet that can helpful to you.

Change your lifestyle also.Avoid sleeping immediate after taking meal. Try to seat in upright position.

Avoid spicy and oily foods.
Drink more water.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Eat health foods.
Eat high fiber foods.

High fatty foods ,citrus foods and spicy foods worsen acid reflux disease.
Try to lose your weight.

You can take antacid with pronton pump inhibitor like omeprazol. This help a lot.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than you can do edoscopy for further diagnosis.
Surgical approach is last option.
