Suggest Treatment For Achy Pain And Numbness In Thighs And Legs

I have been having an achy pain in my left leg for a few weeks, along with numbness on the left side of my left thigh for about 8 months now. Today I have been getting a constant feeling of a needle going through my lower back on the left side. What could be wrong?!

I have read your question in detail and will try to help you in the best way possible.

Numbness and pain is mostly occurs due to compression of a nerve fiber.as u have numbness and aches in your left leg and also your left back as you have mentioned, so it could be most probably due to nerve compression or your disc prolapse in your back bone(vertebral disc problaps,) that condition called sciatica..,
I suggest you to get an EMG(electromyography) and nerve conduction studies first..if there is some pathology then get an MRI scan to rule out the cause...after getting all the investigations please follow-up here..
