Suggest Treatment For Achilles Tendonitis In Both Legs
Sir jai hind i am pranay sir i am having achilles tendonitis in both leg sir befor 2 years it was perfect but when i came in hyper activity my heel starts paining in the morning . Then after few month every time after i take rest and now the condition is that i can even walk without shoes it pains very badli . Sir i used ice therapy and stop playing but its not helping . Sir please tell me what should i doo

Take ibuprofen when needed. Take a multivitamin, a Vitamin C and a fish oil supplement daily. Stretch daily and see a physical therapist for further therapy.
