Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain
Hi, im suffering with abdominal pain ( ache ) its its accross under my rib cage and has been in both my side. I have a strange feeling of pressure in my bottom also. The pain seems to be getting much worse. If i do pass a stool i get a very thick white discharge . The pressure from my bowel seems to push it out. Im not itchy and it has no odour.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be colicky abdominal pain may be associated with the hyperacidity if I would be your doctor then I would treat this with the following medicines 1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day 2) Tab Dicyclomine three time in day 3) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, take care and have a nice day.
