age 54
History of right side upper ab pain. Previous gallbladder removed in 2008. Dealing with Gallbladder like pain since 2007 and after the gallbladder was removed. Pain has gotten worse in last 15 months, syncope and continued pain, diahrrea and vomiting. Many e.r. visits with no answers many tests.

Current issue: right side ab pain wakes me up, keeps me awake, lightheaded constantly and has gotten worse. Today I have been falling against walls and on furniture, cannot walk unassisted most of day. Now right side of head aches not like a migrane, ear aches now and feeling pain in right side neck and shoulder.

All recent heart tests, ekg, echocardio gram and heart scan show heart in good condition no worries. it is 330 should I go to e.r.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Yes , go to ER to get a symptomatic treatment and CT scan of he brain and MRI of the neck spine. It is possibly related to neurological in origin as surgery has not helped you. May be Gabaentin helps you. Discuss this possibility with your problem and get a reference to a Neurologist.
