Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain

I ve been having random sudden pain in my abdomen for a couple years now, and it has slowly started getting worse. Sometimes feels like a sharp stabbing pain or menstrual cramps (but not menstrual related) and breathing becomes difficult. Don t think it s appendicitis but am wondering if anyone has any ideas. Hurts real bad. Please help.
